Volunteering 2015

January 30, 2015

Do you have a passion for moths and butterflies? Do you enjoy working with children and young people? Are you looking for a new volunteering experience or maybe you just want to enhance your CV?

We are looking for volunteers to work with us here at Munching Caterpillars. With a full programme of school workshops, events and activities booked in for 2015, we need a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help us reach even more children and families than ever before! In return for working with us, volunteers will receive:

A day of free training, to include all the necessary information and resources for running our workshops as well as child welfare and safeguarding procedures

An opportuntity to learn new skills and enhance your CV

Experience working in environmental education for a well respected conservation organisation

A lot of fun doing something very worthwhile!

If you would like to get involved in the Munching Caterpillars Project we would love to hear from you. Volunteering opportunities are available in Somerset and Dorset at present. Please contact Megan at mlowe@butterfly-conservation.org to find out more or go to our events page to book yourself on to one of our training courses.

We look forward to hearing from you!
